Sound Drafting & Design Inc. provides complete residential design services for new homes, cottages, and garages. From initial concept through to permit-ready construction drawings, we work closely with homeowners to deliver clear, accurate, and buildable plans.
We are a BCIN-registered firm with the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, qualified to provide design services in accordance with the Ontario Building Code. Our experience with local zoning requirements, building departments, and construction practices helps streamline the permit process and avoid unnecessary delays.
While we are qualified to provide design services throughout Ontario, we are proudly based in the Town of Parry Sound and typically serve clients within a 100 km radius. Familiarity with local municipalities, site conditions, and construction methods allows us to provide practical, efficient designs tailored to the region.
For projects that do not require on-site consultation, we can work with clients anywhere in Ontario using email and digital collaboration tools, making the process straightforward and efficient.
